Participants in this Program earn Credits towards free accommodation at our Lomas de la Jolla Vacation Rental in Los Cabos, Mexico, by referring other Guests to us.  We hope that all of our Guests have a pleasant stay and confidently refer our property to their friends and family.  This incentive program is designed to show our appreciation to those who help us keep our property rented.

Program Rules

1. One Credit is earned for each daily rental booked by referred guests at the standard rate.
2. Seven Credits can be redeemed for one free night's accommodation.
3. Reservations made with Credits are limited to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
4. A Cleaning Fee, currently $50, will be waived if the Participant pays for at least one night's accommodation at the standard rate.  If all nights are reserved using Credits, the cleaning fee will be due before the reservation is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Program applies specifically to Landlord's unit in Lomas de la Jolla, San Jose del Cabo, BCS, Mexico.
   
2. Landlord reserves the right to change the program rules, regulations, award levels and special offers at any time without notice.
3. Landlord reserves the right to terminate this program with six months' notice, except where Landlord decides to sell the subject condominium unit, in which case Landlord will attempt to e-mail all Participants within seven days of listing the property for sale.  The Program will terminate when Landlord has relinquished title, irrespective of the length of time between the notice and the sale.
   
4. Individuals may enroll as Participants by clicking on the "Comments?" link at the bottom of the home page and sending their full legal name, home address, email address and phone number.
5. Rental agency employees and others who receive remuneration for referrals are not eligible as Participants.
   
6. Credits accrue immediately after the referred guests check out and full payment has been received.
7. All reservations using Credits are subject to availability of the desired dates.
8. Credits may not be redeemed between December 1 and February 28.
9. Credits are forfeited if a reservation is cancelled or unused, unless the property is subsequently rented for the standard rate for the day(s) in question.
   
10. Credits have no refund value and are not redeemable for cash.
11. Landlord reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if, in Landlord's sole discretion, that Participant has violated any of the rules described herein. Disqualification may result in termination of an individual's participation in the Program, Credits, and the cancellation of any reservations confirmed but unused.
